New format - what do you think?

I have completely changed the appearance of Reflections and am interested to know if you prefer it - and which bits you like/dislike. Please let me know by leaving a comment.

    much prefer thuis, its easier to read. I also like the categories, much easier to look and think, ooh id like to read that:)
